I've had this setup like this for a while, and wanted to test it before settling on the layout, but I can confirm it's working a treat! I can honestly say that getting a dedicated cutting table (mine is A0) has been the biggest game changer, along with having my work desk not facing the wall (a Feng Shui principle).
