001 YOGA COVER UP

The pattern includes instructions (4 x PDF documents included) to sew and make an over-sized hooded sweatshirt sewing pattern with pockets. Perfect to throw over a yoga, pilates or dance outfit. An easy weekend project that will be ready to wear casually over leggings and jeans, and comfortable enough to fall asleep in.

Skilles required: Working with sweatshirt fabric. Sewing flat piping (details given).

002 CROCHET BACK BRA

A comfortable, sports style yoga bra made from a double layer of stretch knit fabric for the cups, and an open stitch crochet panel for the back. This pattern includes both the crochet instructions and sewing patterns to complete the entire garment.

003 LOTUS GYM BALL COVER

A sewing pattern for a cover to fi t over an infl atable excercise ball. The cover is stitched together in a patchwork fashion with a zip insert and intended to fi t over a deflated ball and for the ball to then be blown up inside. Measurements are for the size of the diameter of the ball once infl ated to required size.

004 SCILLA JUMPSUIT

The pattern includes instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew a ladies jumpsuit. The pattern is designed to make a a loose fitting, casual jumpsuit with ties at the shoulders to make it adjustable and ties at the top of the ankles to stop the jumspuit legs riding up when you’re going upside down in yoga! The front has deep pockets, whilst the straps at the back cross over. Make it in linen fabric for a casual summer look, or use stretch jersey to make it practical for yoga class.

005 HALF MOON TOP

The pattern includes instructions (2 x PDF documents) to print, sew and make a yoga or casual top. A sewing pattern to make a cropped style top with a wide neckline and butterfly sleeves that drape fluidly. The back is cut low with a crossover shape. Perfect to layer over sports bras and vests. Made in a light stretch jersey such as a bamboo stretch knit, it moves beautifully with the body.

006 CHIONO QUILTED JACKET

The pattern includes instructions (2 x PDF documents) to print, sew and make a Ladies casual box style jacket with pockets and optional ties.
With the lining being sewn onto the exterior fabric in stitched lines before sewing all the cut pieces together, the jacket sews up quickly, and can be done as a warmer jacket with padding or just a simple bright lining fabric for a summer jacket to throw on over
pair of leggings.

008 BRIZA HOUSE SLIPPERS

A sewing pattern to make a pair of lined house slippers. The upper part of each slipper has a curved shape, and crosses over with the heel part. For extra warmth, they are made with a layer of wadding inside all parts or an insole can be placed inside the lining before the final step. A great pattern for recycling an old pair of jeans.

009 LAURELIA VEST & DRESS

The pattern includes instructions and a print-able 3-in-1 pattern (to print at home or at a copy shop), to sew a ladies racer style back yoga vest, a cropped vest and a dress. The pattern is designed to make a comfortable, waist hugging vest with elasticated shirred sides, or by adding a skirt the pattern makes a pullover dress with no fastenings and an elasticated waist at the back to add shaping.

010 Persea Harem Jumpsuit

The pattern includes instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew a ladies jumpsuit. A sewing pattern to make two styles of Harem Jumpsuits, with hidden pockets and adjustable spaghetti straps that join at the back with a bow or a knot. Style A has a higher inner leg, creating a wide leg floaty jumpsuit, where style B has a dropped crotch for a draped harem style leg. The neckline is under-stitched with an inner facing for a neat finish. Create your jumpsuit using a soft and draping jersey knit fabric, or use a stable dress fabric with a good drape. Dress up or down, and by all means, there’s enough room for a few yoga moves in this jumpsuit.

011 DANAE YOGA MAT COVER

The pattern includes instructions (2 x PDF documents) to print, sew and make a geometric pattern patchwork quilt yoga mat topper. The back of the quilt has pocket corners to hold the quilt onto the yoga mat. The design with it’s central contrasting block and geometric patterns expanding outwards was inspired by having a point to gaze at on a yoga mat, and thus was named the “Drishti” Yoga mat quilt. The quilt size is designed to fit a standard size yoga mat (180cm long by 61cm wide) , but instructions are given to adjust to different sized yoga mats. Perfect for a slower yoga practice to add a warm layer on top of your yoga mat, and pure bliss for a long relaxation.

012 KADSURA WRAP TOP

This pattern includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew a make a v-neck wrap waist jersey yoga top, with a bit of a Star Wars inspiration too. Make it in a lightweight t-shirt fabric for a comfortable yoga top that won’t ride up when you’re upside down in a pose. Or use a medium to heavy weight knit fabric to sew the balloon-sleeve version for a toasty cover-up to wear before and after yoga. The back of the top is made a bit larger to gather where with the waist band which wraps around and ties at the front of the body. Or you could tie a bow at the back of the top.

013 CAMASSIA NIGHT ROBE

This pattern includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew to make a short or long robe with angel or kimono style sleeves, and the option to add hidden pockets as well as a braided belt. Instructions are given for adding belt loops, as well as a coat loop to hang your robe on a hook. Sew in a lightweight fabric for summer, or a medium weight jersey fabric to make a warmer winter robe. Sewn in a bold print, these robes can easily be made as a daytime kimono to wear over yoga leggings or jeans.

014 TWISTY BENDY YOGA RAG DOLL

The pattern includes instructions (2 x PDF documents) to print, sew and make and customizable yoga rag doll. The 58cm rag doll with legwarmers, has long limbs with Velcro hands and feet to position into yoga poses and instructions are given to add a bit of weight so that the doll can sit upright. Included are templates to cut and sew the fabric pieces and illustrated instructions guide you through the steps to make the body, sew the hair and embroider the face.

A link is provided in the pattern to access the free knitting pattern for the doll cardigan.

Customise your doll with your choice of skin tone fabric, hair length and style as well as clothing colours.

• Optional: Gorex Pellets to make the doll weighted (not recommended if children under the age of

015 Sarcoco Tiered Culottes

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew and make a pair of high rise elasticated waistband tiered culottes, with three sets of gathers for a wide leg which moves beautifully. The back waist includes ties to make a bow, helping to hug the waistline but also as a pretty detail on the back. Instructions are given for adjusting the leg length by adapting the inseam length . Sew these culottes in a light or medium weight fabric with a good drape that will move as you walk – we love our summery pair made in cotton double gauze, but we also quite fancy a pair in a lightweight denim Tencel fabric or a floaty silky version!

016 VINCA CROPPED VEST

This pattern download includes written instructions to knit a cropped vest with a Double Cable (or Horeshoe Cable) on both the front and the back. With wide arm openings, a high neckline and a ribbed cropped waist – this vest is perfect to wear over dresses in Autumn and Spring or to team over a long sleeve top with a pair of high waisted jeans.

017 DAHLIA DUNGAREE & DRESS

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew and make a pair of dungarees, with a choice between a cheeky exposed or a covered midriff in either the trouser or a skirted dress version. The dress version is similar to a pinafore (apron) style dress and also has pockets on the front. The garments have a bow at the back waist which draws the waist in, and the adjustable shoulder straps cross over on the back and knot through a buttonhole on the front. The interfacing panels gives the garment structure, and the pockets add extra practicality.

018 ARMERIA TOP

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern pieces to print, cut and sew and makeThe Armeria Cropped Top. This pattern is fo a cropped, long sleeve top from knit (stretch) fabric, with pleats at the shoulders, flat piping hems and topstitching detail. There is the option of a simple Crew Neckline or the Wrap version. Seam allowances are not included, but guidance is provided, to allow for variable fabric thickness such as Sherpa and thicker sweatshirt fabrics, as well as thinner, soft jersey fabrics.

019 PANEIRA DRESS

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern pieces to print, cut and sew and make the Paineira jersey (stretch) fabric tiered dress with mock neck,
longer peasant style sleeves for winter and shorter puff style sleeves for warmer weather. The construction allows for a quick sew without any fasteners or darts – perfect to throw on and go. There is the option of a shorter above the knee length or longer tea dress length. As this pattern is not suitable for woven fabric substitutions (there are no fasteners), seam and hem allowances have been included on all pattern

021 ALCHEMILLA RAIN CAPE

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print sew and, make an oversized, fully lined hooded raincoat cape that buttons up and has a belted waist. The cape can be lined with a thinner fabric for warmer weather, a plush fleece for colder seasons or absorbent terry fabrics for wearing over swim-wear. The hood can be held in place during rainfall with a drawstring, and an inner collar gives a lovely shaping across the neck when the hood is worn down. The welt pockets are both neat and practical.

022 TINCTORIA DRESS

This pattern download includes illustrated instructions and a print-able pattern to print, cut and sew and make a dress with concealed pockets, that wraps over at the back and has a gathered frill on the bottom of the skirt. The dress is fitted and without gathers on the front, whereas the skirts that cross over at the back are gathered to give fullness and ties with a long belt to tie into a bow at the front or back. View A has cap sleeves whilst View B has long cut-in-one sleeves with an underarm gusset for movement. Edges are finished with a trim or bias tape. This dress was inspired by historical dresses with a fuller back skirt, and by prairie dresses with a high neckline and seams that can be embellished with a frill or lace edge. The wrap style means there are no fussy fasteners.
