b. Production of items from this sewing pattern is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Sewillow, the business owner. Permission to produce items may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to a licensing agreement, and particularly for larger-scale productions, with monetary compensation. 3. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Website and Patterns, remain the exclusive property of Sewillow.
